Karl Schoech initially started in the insurance industry in 1983 doing sales. He returns to the insurance field after working in the food distribution industry for twenty-years and brings with him extensive experience in customer marketing, customer service and sales management.

Karl holds a property and casualty broker's license. He resides in Dublin, California with his wife and sons. He is a huge hockey fan and can be found refereeing on the weekends to stay close to the game.

Matthew Matlock began his insurance career back in 1988. He has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative, Senior Underwriter, and Insurance Broker working with used car dealers and automotive shops.  His company and broker experience has given him the knowledge needed to work with both dealers and shop owners in identifying their insurance needs to properly insure them.

Matthew holds a property and casualty broker's license. He resides in Cathedral City, California, where he is a dedicated father to his son, Zane Matlock, born October 13th 2007.

​Randy Matlock is one of the founders of Budget Plus Insurance Agency, Inc. His background in insurance sales spans more than 28 years. Throughout his career, Randy has worked with several insurance companies developing and establishing programs for the Non-Franchised Auto Dealer and the Automotive Service Industry.

David Amato began his insurance career with Budget Plus back in 1987. His 18 plus years of working with used car dealers and automotive shops has given David the expertise needed to identify those risks inherent to the industry and to properly insure them. He also learned about the industry from his father, who owned a used car lot in Southern California where David spent many summers working.

David Amato holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also holds property and casualty broker licenses in both California and Arizona.
